Artistry Salon respectfully requests a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel, or make changes to your appointment. This allows us to contact guests who may be waiting for that exact spot!
If you do cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment with less than 48 hours, you will be subject to 50% per service(s) booked. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not call us, you will subject to 100% per service(s) booked. This must be paid before future scheduling. If you are more than 15 minutes late, per your stylist some of your services scheduled may not be able to be performed or you may have to reschedule and you will be charged the 50% per service(s) booked.

Kiddos in the Salon
We strive to provide a space for calm and rejuvenation to take place. The nature of our industry does require the use of extreme caution of the chemicals, sharp tools, and hot tools. For the safety of everyone we do ask that children are not brought to the salon to hang out while you receive your services. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
If for some reason you are not happy with your service(s) performed, we ask you to let us know within 48 hours of receiving your service(s), and (within reasonable limits) we will do everything we can to adjust the finished product to your liking. If requests are made to adjust your service more than 48 hours removed from your original service, We are more than happy to make any changes needed, however, the adjustment service will be scheduled and charged as a new appointment.
No refunds or exchanges
Guests who are receiving hair coloring services, hair extensions, brow lamination, or multiple services, are strongly encouraged to park in these designated areas. Parking in front of the salon is not metered, but it is limited to 2 hours from 8am-5pm
