At Artistry Salon, our policies are designed to protect your time and ours -- ensuring every guest receives the focused, intentional experience they deserve.
Cancelation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer appointments to guest on our waiting list.

Changes made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No - shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Redo Policy
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make adjustments within reasonable limits at no additional charge. Requests made after 48 hours will be treated as a new appointment and changed accordingly.

No refunds or exchanges.
Children in the Salon
For the safety and comfort of all guests, we ask that children not receiving services remain outside the salon during your appointment.
Parking
Guests who are receiving hair coloring services, hair extensions, brow lamination, or multiple services, are encouraged to park in these designated areas. Parking directly in front of the salon is limited to 2 hours from 8am-5pm
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be modified or rescheduled to respect the time of the next guest. In that case, 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.
Fees must be paid prior to rebooking.
