We respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  This allows us to contact guests who may be waiting for that exact spot!

If you do cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours, you will be subject to 50% per service booked.  This must be paid before future scheduling.

No show appointments will be required to pay 100% of the services booked to be able to book future appointments.

We understand life happens and we will do our best to work with you in cases of an emergency
